Information For Parents
Information for Parents:
· Farm camp runs Tuesday through Friday, rain or shine.
· All campers should bring a snack to camp daily
· Campers should dress for the weather and plan to be outdoors for most of the camp session.
· All campers must wear closed-toed shoes to camp.
· All campers need a water bottle, sunscreen, and a hat. Please remember to label everything with the camper's name.
· Campers are encouraged to explore the farm with their counselor, and are expected to listen carefully and respect our farmers at work.
Pick-up/Drop-off Information
· A note written and signed by a parent/guardian is required to release a camper to someone other than a parent/guardian.
· Campers are not permitted to linger on the farm before or after camp hours without prior permission from farm owners, Patty or Erick Taylor.
Other Information
· An initial, non-refundable deposit of $75 is required upon registration. Full payment is required one week before the start of the session. If payment is not received by then, Devon Point Farm reserves the right to assign your space to another camper.
· Farm Camp registration is taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will be accepted until each session is full, at which time a wait-list will be started.
· Withdrawal prior to 2 weeks before the start of the session will be refunded, minus a 25% administration fee, if we can fill the spot from our wait list. If the space cannot be filled, a refund will not be issued.
